Not sure, but judging by the towers in the background I think this was filmed in Guangzhou. I'm a mild skyscraper enthusiast and periodically check on the skylines of Shanghai, Shenzen, Foshan, Macau, and Guangzhou on the main land alongside of Taipei and Kaohsiung in Taiwan, they have some of the tallest buildings in the world alongside a nice diversity of futuristic looking design.
